"Unfortunately, my first bad review. Needed truck insurance in California, but since I'm married they wanted to add my husband to it as well, even though he was in Army BCT (boot camp) and lived in South Carolina. They needed information that only he could give them and since he didn't have any communication besides letters (that took 2wks to reach him), there was no way of adding him. When I was working through the situation with the woman on the phone, she told me that I was lying because it "wasn't believable". We finally worked it out, when she called me the next day, on my way to work, saying that my insurance was invalid, while being completely unprofessional saying that she hopes I get pulled over because I couldn't have my husband get a hold of her. It was astonishing to be treated with this negative service when we've had State Farm before, elsewhere, with great experiences. Thank you to the other agents for providing quality service with respect."
